Training program
Our training program has three trainings of which each enables you to grow as valuable participant in a creative process, a skilled facilitator of creative processes, a creative leader in your discipline and/or institution.

The focuss however will change from valuable participant & beginning facilitator in the basic training to skilled facilitator & creative leader in the advanced training and skilled facilitator & creative leader in the expert training.


Basic training
The basic training is designed to turn you into a valuable and partly skilled participant of an applied creativity process. You understand the creative process and feel comfortable with it and you take leadership in expressing your own creative thoughts.

Advanced training
This training is giving you the tools and developing your skills to become a skilled facilitator of applied creativity processes. We will help you understand group dynamics during creative change and show you how you can take leadership in dealing with these dynamics in a way that it serves the development of your institution.

Expert training
The expert training is enabling you to develop a vision on higher education and a strategy for your institution in a creative way and participative way. We will train you in using the tools and set up a process in which you can define your own role that suits your creative leadership style.
