Basic training (2 days) in applied creativity and creative leadership
Our basic training will give you the basic knowledge to make you a valuable participant in a creative process. You will understand what creativity is as a result, a process and as an experience. We will develop your creative skills and attitude and give you tips & tricks of how to unblock yourself once you get stuck in a creative process.
In this basic training we will also provide you with a process, various structures and tools/ techniques to apply creativity for yourself and with others in a group setting. The topics we use in the training will be from your own institutions. So at the end of your training you have not only developed the knowledge and the skills but also received many new great ideas to work on once you get back to your institution. It is unavoidable that once you start experiencing the power of creativity you start asking yourself where to apply it in your professional life. These and other questions will be addressed in the time we spend on leadership development in our course.
In the end of the course you will have a solid experience in creativity and will have the confidence and experience to facilitate creativity in your institution. And as an upcoming creative leader you will have a sense of direction where creativity might lead you.
