You will understand what creativity is as a group and institutional process and as a large group phenomenon. We go beyond the various structures and tools/techniques of the basic training. To help you solve difficult situations in your organisation we provide you with new techniques and our tips & tricks. By the end of the course you have developed your own facilitation style and skills to successfully facilitate a creative process in your institution. In terms of creative leadership the practice before during and after the training will give you valuable insights on the opportunities and challenges that your institution is facing. On top of that we will give you effective tools that enable you to create a vision of the future and develop a plan to manifest that future in a sustainable way. Once you get back to your institution you will be a skilled facilitator and grown as a creative leader. In the end of the course you will have a solid experience in facilitating creativity and will have the insights and knowledge to be an opinion leader in applied creativity in your institution.
